Outlet Policy Notice

All items sold on our store are sourced from international outlet and overstock channels.
Because of this, all purchases are considered final sale, except in specific cases outlined below.

Our pricing reflects this model, offering significantly discounted products compared to standard retail.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Incorrect item received (wrong model, color, or size)
Item arrives with a major manufacturing defect affecting usability

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photo evidence (including box label and item condition)

Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer
Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. small marks, glue traces, stitching variations)
Normal characteristics of outlet/overstock items
Size dissatisfaction when the correct size was delivered
Change of mind / no longer wanting the item
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

Orders cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced if the customer enters an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel the package, and delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information are not eligible for refund.

These conditions are standard within outlet distribution channels and do not affect product performance.

International Shipping & Logistics

Orders are shipped internationally through a multi-stage logistics process:

Overseas dispatch
Air transport
Customs clearance
Final-mile delivery via local carriers

Because of this:

Estimated delivery timeframe: 8–25 business days
